Facebook Live

I was going through news, and came across a disturbing Facebook live video that was posted. On April 17th, Stephens in Cleveland, Ohio was on Facebook live video telling his followers that he had killed a 74 year-old man because he was with his girlfriend. He wasn't going to stop until him girlfriend or mother told him to stop. Law enforcements found Stephens dead in his white Ford Fusion in Pennsylvania. Facebook Live has had many tragic videos posted following Stevens and Zuckerburg is in the process of coming up with a way to end the madness.
